Our Virginia Rum was the second release within our experimental series. It was distilled in 2017 from select blackstrap molasses and evaporated cane juice and then aged in our bourbon barrels. To pay respect to Virginia’s proud military ties, we bottled it at 114 proof, which is also known as “Navy Strength.”
